R&B係一種美國黑人音樂，R&B係1940年代由之前出現既兩種黑人音樂 - Blues(藍調)既旋律，以及Jazz(爵士)既節奏混合而衍生既一種音樂類型。 如果想學懂分辨一首歌是否R&B作品，應該先接觸美國黑人歌手既作品，例如Alicia Keys、Mary J. Blige、John Legend、R.
