咪又係咁做....雞蛋香滑係時乎師父功夫,最緊要快手,因為蛋汁落到扒爐好快變成蛋皮,只要快手幾蛋皮扒好就得.....牛油通常用馬芝連,但要用熱水浸熱個罐,令牛油半溶化

2 large egg nice ham 2 thick silce of white bread butter salt and pepper 1. lightly beat the egg, add salt and pepper to season it. 2. heat the flying pan, with 1 table spoon oil, until you can see some smoke.... 3. add all the egg, turn to low heat. 4. keep moving the egg until it 1/2 set, and turn off the heat. 5. toast the bread. 6. spead alot of butter on it!!!!! 7. add ham and egg.... 8.
